Refund Policy — ThroughView

Because ThroughView is a digital product, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.

Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptions)

We will provide a refund if:

  • A duplicate charge is confirmed; or
  • The Software remains unusable due to a technical defect despite reasonable troubleshooting, provided that:
    • your system meets the stated requirements, and
    • you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy. We may refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
