Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using the macOS application “ThroughView” (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) Mac devices that you own or control.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- - Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software.
- - Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software except as permitted by law.
- - Circumvent license verification or usage limits.
- - Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized parties.
- - Use the Software for unlawful purposes.
3. License Verification
The Software may periodically verify license validity. Limited offline use is supported. If license validation cannot be confirmed after a reasonable period, certain functionality may be restricted until validation succeeds.
4. Ownership
ThroughView and all related intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Quiet Tools.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
7. Refunds (Direct Purchases)
Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for direct purchases of ThroughView. Payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may be subject to their applicable terms.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase ThroughView directly from us, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated.
Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse of this policy.
Mac App Store Purchases
If you purchased ThroughView through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We are unable to process App Store refunds directly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
